I was anxious to try their new chicken strips. When I got them I was sooo disappointed. They were overcooked and looked like they had been sitting under a warmer! Perhaps McDonald’s should stick to selling burgers 🍔

I don't know how half these employees don't pass out from forgetting to breathe. They forget everything else. Can't ever get an order right or complete. And I don't even want to waste time with the manager considering they're letting all of this happen.
says it’s 24 hours but we and another car were at the ordering screens in the drive through when management turned off the menu screens and the lights. NOT 24 HOURS !!!!

I ordered a quarter pounder meal. I was told to pull to the side. I got my burger and had already left the parking lot when I discovered the burger was not thoroughly cooked. It was still raw.

Every time I come here I have to pull up and I am the only car and then it takes 15-20 mins for me to get my order. I took a chance because my favorite taco place line was long. I came here. Never again

Ordered a double cheeseburger combo Fries cold Meat on the burger tasted old and super dry and it was cold. The bread was hard. 1 pickle

They gave me an old dried out pie. I asked for napkins. I was given exactly 2. I asked for more napkins to go with my cold drink. The hispanic woman argued that there were napkins in the bag. There were no napkins in the bag that they gave me with the old dried out pie. Pie was inedible, I threw it out. Never coming back here again.
