Went and got The Grinch Meal, no one told me that they were out of socks! Which was really my whole point in getting this stupid meal. Didn’t give me the right sauces, had to go back up there and get the right sauce, which left me with cold food! Experience was terrible! Communicate with your customers!

The manager noticed one of our family lattes was half way full when he asked to check if they were warm enough, he went and brought us another one just because one was half way full. Very attentive and exceptional service.
