If I can give this place zero stars I would! Today was a very exciting day for us we had a mobile notary meet us at this McDonald’s to close on our home, we were very happy to be there and planning to have lunch as soon as we finished signing everything. Unfortunately we were rudely interrupted towards the end by the owners Mrs. Smith and Mr. Jeff Smith. Mrs. Smith Rudely got into the notary’s face stating ‘’ what is going on here, I am the owner” very rudely and almost yelling she didn’t even let the notary answer her question before stating “ I am the owner” she walked away from us and stood behind the counter starring at us, making everybody feel so uncomfortable we had to finish the process elsewhere. Horrible experience l!

This is the closest McDonald’s to my location, so in order to save me some time and gas I go here. But I don’t think I longer am, I’m actually wasting more money here, they keep consistently messing up my order, forgetting items or just simple giving me someone else’s order!! On more than 3 occasions, more!
I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes all I got were eggs and a muffin! Like how??
Paid for a large and it’s not even full. I know it doesn’t seem much but still. I am paying for a large and I am expecting it to be full!

Got an attitude from the Manager (believe their name was Mark) who seemed annoyed that I came in to let them know I was missing a sandwich from my order. So he says, "Oh, you probably only got charged for two." But I double check my app to confirm that I was indeed charged for thred, so he looks up the order and I guess sees there were, in fact, three to the order, and then begins to rummage through the bag. Then without telling me anything, he steps towards the back and throws the food away. Again, they don't say anything, no receipt, not a peep. So I assume they're just gonna remake the order at that point and decide to wait a moment. Eventually an order is brought out, and placed on the counter. I wait a few minutes before checking the printed itemized order to see that it's in fact, my order. So I guess he must have resubmitted the order as a new order, without ever telling me about it. Just a terrible experience, and I understand being a manager at a McDonald's must not be an easy job, but jeez.

I'm not one to make complaints but this time I'm sorry... it's already happened twice... 12 minutes to wait for my order at the 3rd window and besides it was not what I ordered... one goes to the drivet... to faster in the mornings but this time already 12 minutes...and instead of a biscuit with chicken they gave me...waffles with chicken...
