Horrible customer service, people please know that there are other options....you dont need to pay people to be rude to you. The barbecue isn't that good anymore....anyway. Try Hutchins or even True Texas barbecue. Odoms couldn't give me free food to come back to this no air condition dump.

This place has the worst attitude I have ever experienced in a restaurant over the phone. I called to place an order to make it expedited for pick up and she said we don’t take phone orders and I said oh I’m sorry I just want to support your business and she stopped and said we don’t take phone orders with a very firm tone very disrespectfully so sad to see all the bad reviews when you choose a family business versus a chain
