The reason why I ranked the service low was because our waiter was not very attentive. He didn't come back to our table to ask for refills on our drinks and was not really all that friendly. I think he was new or stressed out. Koodos to the GM that stepped in and saved the day.
A friend an I went to Olive Garden just before Christmas. Her idea. I hadn't been in years. I had not been in years. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was exceptional. The young man who waited on us was very knowledgeable, very courteous and very professional as he maneuver around his table.
Wow! This was one of the best experiences I've had with service, food and overall everything as part of a large group. Excellent everything honestly, I am amazed at how amazing everyone worked together to make our experience amazing.
I had called to ask if they could accommodate a large group of 20 people a few days before and they literally made that there was one long table prepared for all 20 guests to sit at one table on the date and time I had mentioned....
