I got the trout and truffle potatoes this time, which was a change for me. It was pretty good and filling. It came with a lemon herb sauce, or I could've gotten the scampi butter.It was a big piece of fish, although it is thin. I think it is fried, but with the sauce, it isn't hard or crunchy. Either way, I liked it!

Mississippi Red Fish was the bomb!Vegetarian options: Brussel Sprouts and truffle potatoes.
We were welcomed and seated immediately on a Saturday evening which is rare. Zach our server, was the BEST EVER! He was friendly, personable, professional, and had the best recommendations. The bartenders were on point with our drinks, too. We will definitely be back. Ask to be seated in Zach's section on your next visit.

I've been a resident of cedar hill for 24yrs and have frequent this place several times ! Our waitress Vivian was absolutely the BEST WAITRESS I've ever had, extremely professional! With her professionalism she deserves to be a Manager !! If you visit this location and get her know that you're in good hands ! ?

This was the 3rd restaurant my wife and I had visited on 4/22/24. I won't go into details about the first two, but at about 8:20 pm my wife and I visited here.At this point my wife was HANGRY! She had also been wanting oysters this entire month since they were on special.She got her oysters and commented she was, "no longer hangry." She then decided she wanted a bowl of Jambalaya to go. Mind you this was a few minutes after they were technically closed.Well, it seemed that the kitchen had already shut down mostly and no one had gotten the Jambalaya together. We made mention to the bartenders working and commented that it was okay if they were closed and we didn't want to be a bother. Not only did they check on it, they got the manager on duty involved to check if there was any way to get a bowl made!Unfortunately, the kitchen did close and they weren't able to get her a bowl. However, everyone was apologetic and the manager even gave us a gift card because of the situation.This was one of the best experiences we've had in a while when it came to top notch service.We definitely appreciate the staff and management working last night and while I may not eat seafood, my wife LOVES it. I don't care if I eat salads every time we visit, I'll happily take my wife there again because of last night. Hands down some of the best service we've received lately.Kudos to the staff and the chefs making the food!!

This place can be very busy at times and during those times it's hard to hear others in conversation. If you catch it midday early before Lunch & Dinner Crowds it can be a pleasant experience. Nevertheless the Food and Wait Staff are always rated from Very Good to Excellent!
