we got the platter that will feed 3 to 4 and for that prices it's not worth it it feeds 2 people that's it cause the brisket was greasey and full of fat like they just scrap it out the pan the sasuage were horrible the pull pork was dry the sides was ok not the potatoes salad all u taste is mustard for almost 60 I will take my service somewhere else the workers where loud and playing around

Went here Saturday around 7, they were out of brisket, I tried to order the 3 pork plate (pulled pork, 2 ribs, and sausage) and was told they were out of pulled pork. I said thats fine can you just throw another rib or 2 on there in it's place and was told no substitutions allowed..... ended up with the rib plate. They were mehhh sides were good mac and cheese and candied yams. My gfs catfish sandwich was good but took a while to get.

I do not know who the manager of this location is, but it is so unfortunate that this location is run so poorly. I lived in Houston for many years, and have never seen a Pappas restaurant of Any of their brands, fail so miserably at serving their customers. I have been here at least 15 times, and —absolutely no exaggeration — but every single time they are out of something. And this is not at closing time, this is hours prior to closing. If you cannot manage supply and demand better than that, you should not be managing a high-volume restaurant. Today, in the drive-through, two cars ahead of me left, because they were out of the items that they ordered. Of course, when I get to the speaker, they immediately tell me they’re out of one item, so I order something else and then they say: oh we’re out of that as well. I have never seen anything like it. Pappas Restaurant Group- please send someone from corporate who can manage supply and demand. As a sidenote, these were not smoked meat items which I get, take hours to prepare. Not the case.
Friendly servers, delicious food, nice ambience, and clean bathrooms. We'll be back.

We were getting gas at the Costco and thought we would stop in as we enjoy Pappadeaux seafood. The staff were attentive and nice as well. It was our first time here so they took the time to explain all of the choices, for which there are a lot! I ended up selecting a pork rib and brisket dinner with dirty rice and cucumber salad for sides. The cucumbers were refreshing as it was 100 degrees today. Wife had a hand chopped brisket sandwich and fries. We enjoyed the meal. The brisket had a soft texture to it, like it had been cooked in the Instant Pot? Not sure if this happens if the meat sits too long? It was tasty, just a different texture from what we are used to having. We sat on the patio with our two pup's.
I ordered the Brisket Patty Melt with a side of Mac & Cheese, and a banana parfait for desert. The side and desert are like I remember, but the patty melt disappointed me because the onions aren't grilled.
It's one thing if a customer finds it, but a FORMER EMPLOYEE, that's another.
The Brisket patty melt was one of the items I made as the grill and fry cook. Even I know to grill the onions for a patty melt.
Please make sure that whoever is on the grill sautees the onions next time your patty melt is ordered.
Absolutely ridiculous the amount of time I waited and never received my food. Placed an online order this morning pick up time 9:27. Went through the drive thru let them know I’m here. Waited 10 mins because of a car in front of me. Why not pull the car up to one of your 2 drive thru lanes instead of making the customer who ordered online wait😡 I tried calling twice no one answered, tried going in, doors locked. This is ridiculous and piss poor service I will not be returning.
Today was the first time my husband and I tried this place. I can say the food was excellent! Ribs, links and sides were fresh. We both will be eating here again.
