I’ve gone several times since they opened. My family and I like their food, no issues there. The service has gone completely down, very slow, but hey we like it so we don’t mind the wait, but today this was unacceptable. The second time I’ve gone sat in a long line only to be told they are out of more than half the meats they sell. You would think they would either put a sign up or before asking what a person wants they would mention what they do have in stock. Preferably, a sign would be best, that way one is not sitting for 30mins or more, to be told everything you would like they are out. Can I have chopped beef? Them: we are out of brisket. Okay!! Can I have ham? Oh we don’t have that, we out. Well what do you have? We have sausage, pull pork and turkey. Their menu: Brisket, Pull Pork, Sauage, Chicken, Turkey, Ham, Pork Ribs and Baby Bake ribs. Again, the second time in a month, for this to happen, unacceptable.

Our baked potatoes were hot and filled with toppings.the sampler plate was huge. The chopped bbq sandwich was odd. It had no sauce even though it was ordered that way and the meat was in cubes that didn't stay on the bun. Yams cooked with onions weren't good, the green beans were tasteless.The self-serve pickles, onions and peppers were messy, the sauces didn't come out of the bottle easily. For the price we'd say go to Soulman's. Cheaper and better.

The meats were cold, the sides were cold, my coleslaw was room temperature, not cold. The food was mediocre as far as BBQ goes. The BBQ sauce was not that good and it was cold, which made it worse. I did enjoy the BBQ beans and the half chicken was not too bad, even though it was cold, as far as hot food goes. I expected better quality for the price. I'll stick to the mom and pop BBQ places.
