Update at the end.Arrived at this location on a rainy day. I was greeted upon entry. The hostess was polite! They have stepped up the food! I had shrimp and my wife had chicken Alfredo!! The shrimp was fresh and seasoned to perfection! Of course we had the cheddar baked biscuits! They were fresh and warm! My server was very nice and attentive . Their service at this location was second to none. I enjoyed it and will return. Keep up the good work Red lobster! This is much better than my last visit about 5 years ago. 1-3-26. What happened to your food! My wife's Chicken pasta was overcooked. Very soggy. You'll need to step it up! Last year you were on point. Maybe make sure the team at the entry are greeting customers as they enter. This makes a big difference with service. The manager Nana did come over and apologized and offered to make it right. We will revisit in the future.
