Placed an order of Sesame chicken and what I thought was chicken was just a ball of crust with sauce on it disgusted as chunks of chicken. Very disappointed, explains why the place was empty as it should be if that’s how you do your customers

When it’s done right it’s delicious and affordable, extra plus is that it’s near by where I live. Tonight got a dinner plate of sesame chicken and fried rice. The sesame chicken tasted old and most of the “meat” was just crust as the chicken was extra crispy and almost rock hard. Business doesn’t seem as busy as it was the first couple of times I’ve come here and now I see why. The way the economy is why would you give someone old food when they’re spending their hard earned money with your business. Waste of $15 😡

I travel a lot and I am always looking for good chinese food. This place has definitely become my 1st choice when in this area. I ordered for pickup and what I got was excellent service and hot food. The hot and sour soup is by far the best I have had, it has good heat that doesn't take away from the flavor. I also had the chicken and broccoli, which has the garlic brown sauce, which was fantastic, just the right amount of garlic that doesn't overpower the dish. This is a restaurant that I will be returning to.

I went to the Rice Pot in Duncanville Texas for my clients today, to pick up dinner. When I arrived back to their house, we noticed that the Rice Pot staff forgot to put the fried rice in the order that comes with the meal. I called Rice Pot and drove back up there to pick up the rice. We never received a former apology, and when I asked could I be compensated for the trouble of having to drive back up to Rice Pot, I was answered with a dull no. It's sad that the staff didn't want to be accountable for their mistakes. Disappointed in Duncanville Texas. .

The employees at this place seems very Racist as if they didn't want to bothered with black people. When I walked in, noone greeted me, the started staring and speaking in Spanish. I wasnt bothered at first, because I thought maybe they only spoke Spanish, but when this hispanic lady walked in and later a white lady came to pick up a door dash order, they greeted them very friendly with a smile. At that point, I wanted a refund, but it was too late, because the young hispanic guy was bringing my food. So this experience to eat and spend my $$$$ at this place is a HELLLLLL NOOOOOOO. I will never let anyone treat me horrible, because I'm a Black🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️

I’ve been going to rice pot for a long time now and they have always been my favorite. Today I ordered orange chicken and I think they forgot to add chicken. The orange chicken was cut very small and when I bit into each piece I couldnt find the chicken. Also the portion shrank and the price seemed higher. Very disappointed. Now I have to find another spot.
