I've had things here that were pretty good (cheaper Chinese take-out good) and some that were not (gristly beef in the Mongolian beef, etc.) Also, there is no option to get a cup of water - only to purchase a bottle. (With spicy food, a lack of water is not doable). So that expense must be figured into the total cost.

Nothing about their egg rolls is an egg roll. It’s more like shrimp tempura and it’s disgusting. The shell and tail was deep fried in the panko crusted batter. I called and asked what they have in their fried rice that comes with the entree and was told eggs, onions and scallions. It was a lie! It’s got nothing but hard tinted not fried rice. I ordered online and there was an option for items to add to your rice and they put my peas and carrots in my orange chicken but not in my fried rice. Orange chicken and vegetable lo main was good but I’m mostly disappointed at the customer service. When I called there was no apology or suggestion on how they could fix the issues.

Just your average Chinese restaurant in my opinion. It wasn't bad by any means. I got my order taken fast and the food was hot, atmosphere was pretty laid back, I liked the view. But it wasn't anything unique and they didn't have any fountain drinks so that kinda sucked. Had to drink a lukewarm coke from a bottle.

I spend to much money at this location to not be greeted when entering the building let alone standing in 3 people face for 5 mins without a “hello” or “how may I help you”. I dislike when employees intentionally avoid eye contact or any contact at that matter with a customer. I will be going to panda to get my “Hi, can I take your order”. Ridiculous.
