I did a call in the lady.said 20 min I get there she say 20 more min that haven’t start cooking it yet and it no one in the store. And I’m a regular customer This is not right

Love the food awful service i called 8:45 to place an order for pick up literally 8 min away and she says we can’t take your order the kitchen is closed . So why even bother to answer the phone !!

Food is great. They do an amazing job of making delicious seafood. It's walk in dining and you order at the register..so not a full service dining experience but you're not paying full service menu prices either; their prices are pretty good. Not the cheapest, but definitely a value for what you get. It's a great restaurant for seafood. Real catfish! Not that Swai make believe garbage some places try to sell you. Big shrimp too..not little salad shrimp. The gumbo soup is a bit mediocre..had more veggies than meat.. I can say I probably won't order that again, but I will be back for other things. Great place!

Came in to order and the older gentleman was incredibly rude. Every time we asked a question, he smirked and acted as if it was an inconvenience to answer. For example, the menu was not specific and we weren’t sure if fries came with the fried shrimp, and he looked at us as if we were supposed to know, even though it is not listed anywhere. We left without ordering and will never return. You don’t need our business and we certainly don’t have to put up with that type of attitude. We should have known since it was completely empty.

I’ve eaten here in the past when it was a lady taking the orders it was fine. Now it’s a rude older guy taking orders and the shrimp not seasoned just spiced up. I came twice in 1 week and the first time that week, the boiled shrimp was too slimy 😩 I came on Thursday and my lips broke out and my Friday night I was super sick. I came back on a Wednesday and when I ordered I asked him to cook the shrimp longer and it was still slimy, I ate one and my lips broke out again! I’ll never go back

Rocking sauce is awesome.

Price is good and taste is 7 1/2 but they’re misleading the special , the two piece special is really just one filet split in half and I didn’t like that.

I have been on the toilet last night & this morning due to diarrhea from the shrimp I don’t know what brand shrimp they use but ive never had to poop this many times after eating seafood .. I only purchased a 1/2 pound of shrimp it’s upsetting my stomach

Spent $70 to dine in at this place & couldn't get a complimentary cup of water. I asked if I was able to bring in a bottle of water & was told I couldn't. Forced to purchase a bottle of smart water. Unsatisfactory! Won't be
coming back.
