I ordered two matchas, they just tasted like milk. There was zero matcha flavor, which was disappointing. The service was quick, but the drinks were a total letdown.

Decided to try a new coffee shop. Ordered a small iced green matcha (was charged for a medium) 1. Drink was watered down. 2. It tasted spoiled. Did not like it at all. 3. When we pulled up to the drive-thru window it smelled really funky not pleasant for a first time visit.

The prices for foods and drinks are reasonable and the coffee is very good. The cookies they have are like these small chocolate chip cookies they are soft and so delicious. The line was not long and moved smoothly. I highly recommend if you want some good coffee which I had some that was sweet or I think they have a lot of frappuccinos. As well as small bites and breakfast.
Grabbed some coffees for the road trip. We've now had Scooters in Missouri (multiple locations), and Texas (multiple locations). It's my girlfriend's go-to out of town coffee shop. (We don't have one locally). What I like the most is no matter where we've been, scooters has met our caffeinated expectations and they are 100% consistent no matter which location we're at. Can't rate the food, haven't had any, but love the coffee..

Waited in line for about 25 minutes with 5 cars. Got our coffee finally and it wasn't even correct because they didn't add any syrup and the shots were dead and it was super bitter. At that point we were already back on the highway and couldn't easily turn around. Just really not a great experience as a whole.

Never never again! I went on 11.6.24 & ordered a mocha latte with almond milk. For the life of me, they gave me regular milk. My stomach has been cramping for hours!! I am highly allergic and severely lactose intolerate. Reading is fundamental. I will not visit this place again. I knew something was off and stopped drinking immediately.

I’m actually really sad to write this because I love Scooters but for the past 5 straight visits my order has been wrong, and I haven’t said anything because I figured mistakes happen and someone’s having an off day and that’s okay but it’s every time now ☹️
