I came and got a chicken sandwich and some tots…the tots were fried hard as hell and they were old as hell…Gualope the manager didn’t resolve the issue because I wanted some fresh tots and now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my refund back.

I never got around to sharing this but about a month ago me and my mom had stopped at this location for some drinks during happy hour we order about 6 drinks and got one of those drink carrier things. Anyways as we were driving off on main I felt something crawling up my arm. It was a roach! They had not only given us our drinks but a roach! My guess is it was inside the carrier which I was supporting with both arms/hands. It was disgusting and still makes my skin crawl!

Was at location for 20 minutes today waiting on order, person on speaker told me they placed order at wrong stall and they figured I had left. Incompetence is unacceptable. They will never get another cent from me. Children shouldn't be left unattended to run restaurant!!
