I stopped by to try a different drink. I asked for light ice and they fill up my cup with 3/4 worth of ice. Now there is hardly any drink in my cup. I'm not sure if the barrista doesn't understand simple instructions or they just decide to ignore any instructions given. If a customer asks for light ice, it means, LIGHT ICE!!! This is not the first time they do this. But it's a hit or miss with these folks.

I usually have great experiences at this Starbucks, but today was disappointing. I asked Pray if we could split our order, something I’ve done before without any problem but she told us, rather rudely, we would have to drive all the way around again even though the line wasn’t busy. Not sure why the change in attitude or policy.

I come here on a regular basis. This place stays really busy, especially with drive thru traffic. The employees have a great attitude.

If you dine in, plan to use the app to place your order. You'll get faster service that way.

As somebody who works at a corporate, this is a very unprofessional, rude place to stop to get coffee! Employees here should want to work or if they don’t they can seek employment elsewhere, treating my employees rude very wrong! Bad service! Seek better employees, manager was always very rude I will be going up there again to take this action further so this can be taken into disciplinary action!

Unfortunately, it is a very business unfriendly location. Starbucks customers are constantly blocking the access road to other businesses in this area. They don't have enough parking space available. Their customers are using other businesses' parking lot and have their customers finding somewhere else parking.
It even causes accidents, and people are getting agitated with each other. It is not a very good choice for starbuck not having enough space for their customers.
Cooperation Management should get involved to find solutions before some customer are losing their mind.

I’ve personally never had an issue with service or orders any time after 11am. The times I’ve gone earlier, I have never gotten my order correct. It’s not a huge deal to miss the cold foam, but after 3 times of it happening (each time it’s been an early morning order) it’s annoying because as customers we have to pay extra for that. Overall just double check your orders here (especially in the morning) cause 9/10 times it’s gonna be wrong/missing things YOU pay for!

One of my favorite Starbucks. The staff and management are always super friendly and although it was during peak time of day, I was greeted when I walked in and didn't have to wait long at all. ♥️

This place is always a headache 😤. Those girls in there ALWAYS have an attitude even though they mess up the orders.They can't get the orders right over the counter, drive-thru, or mobile order. They purposely mess up your order if they dont like you. Be prepared for dirty looks. I called to speak with the female manager to explain how bad the service was and she couldn't be bothered. She cut me off and handed me to her assistant Austin. Even the replacement drink tasted awful. If you don't like your job, QUIT! Starbucks needs to fire everyone there and start over. I only go there for convenience but at this point is not worth it.😒
