I've been here twice and haven't been able to order what I want because they run out of stuff. They didn't even have bags to put our food in. Always one person working nights juggling everything. The workers are always pleasant.
Almost every word on a posted sign was misspelled. They just dont care to even do better at this store. See photo from manager
So placed an order on the subway website on 12/26/25. When order went through tells me will come 12/27/25 at 3:00-3:15 am. For real Sunday closes at 1 am. So what’s even better I try to call the store over and over no one answers then call another store for assistance on canceling the order mind yall I told two different people a couple of times that the order wasn’t for this store I asked my question on how to cancel the order I get told sorry we can’t make the order it’s placed at a different store. So mind you this is almost a 50 dollar order. So I get in the vehicle and drive to the store it was placed at and use gps to get there to the subway at202 w camp wisdom rd in Duncanville Texas. And I go in to talk to them about my order I get told I’m at the wrong store. So again put the address in gps and also look up this subway on line for pictures and to my amazement the store I had been at was the store I was sent to by gps. And why is it no one answers the phone. I get when busy. But for two hours it’s busy. And also why is it can't cancel an order if needed it canceled makes no since. So I hope who ever try’s to use gps to go to the camp wisdom store, well then your at wrong store. The numbers above the door say 222 lol. I guess someone was lost setting up that store. Did get my order canceled. Being how it was to be delivered at 3am. I don't think will be ordering Subway for awhile. Not happy with how they acted and how this all went down.

This Subway's vegetables were wilted old and needed to be thrown in the trash. I walked out on her making my sandwich because the food looks so disgusting.

I asked for extra salami, and they made a big deal of it. I got, I've got, but buy one, get 1 for a dollar. They charged me full price and refused to correct the order. This is not the first time. This door has ripped me off.

Im disappointed in Subway in general for changing wraps to flat bread. They are NOT the same! And the service at this Subway sucks. Im waiting for the guy to take my payment and he just stood there...Subway needs to do better.

We tried the $5 Doritos nachos and they were horrible. The cheese was cold! We asked the staff could they warm them and was told no. How can you eat cold cheese on any food. She was polite when she told us that’s how they make them. Subway you have to do better!!!!!

The portions are laughable
No wonder why they always have it covered
Tuna sandwich only had like one scoop of tuna
Like come on I’m not asking for anything extra, I’ll gladly pay for extra protein
But just be fair that’s all I’m asking

Yeah I’m not having none of it, mark my words I’m calling corporate on Monday, your employee told me they I’ll have to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich because he has orders in front of him” mind u I'm the only one in the store, i set a timer he had me wait over 30 minutes, i was so hot i walked out and left then he gone look at me through the window like a sad puppy” it’s okay though watch this..

I have NEVER heard of a kids meal NOT coming with a drink and the fact that your menu clearly states: sandwich, applesauce, AND milk…but according to the workers it’s EITHER Applesauce or milk…so I guess the kids can’t a drink t wash their food down…PLEASE get employees in here that knows the difference between AND/OR….

Since the manager Maria has been at this location. You can honestly see a big difference in the food quality. Everything is fresh and the store is always clean. The team here is amazing.

I place an order on line to be be curb side service it was at 130 pm got there check in waited 15 min nobody came went in side girl said I don't see it show the girl my order and order number on phone still had to waited another 10 mins this was pathetic the service was whack will not be returning

Well my experience here was great💯... I did not have anything to complain about.💯 It was neat and clean..💯 Hailey was definitely a 5️⃣⭐💯representative of Subway.. She was very polite and kind.. 💯I was surprised to see her tip jar was not full💯, after all it was about 4:00pm... People quit being cheap and tip... 💯When there's a lady that makes you order correctly, and understands everything you're saying, (in other words gives you good customer service).. You should always tip 💯... You never know what that person is going through💯, and in this day and time every little bit helps 💯
