Today I stopped by for a quick lunch. I come here often and never have issues, but today was different. The woman who took my order (I believe she may be a manager, possibly Hispanic) informed me that the flatbread was discontinued, which wasn’t a problem. The issue began when she tried to place a whole slice of cheese only in the center of my sandwich. When I asked if she could break it up, she did, but she complained and started discussing company policy and how they “send it now.”

As we continued, she had me pay before the sandwich was even completed. I didn’t mind, but once it finished toasting and she asked about sauces, I told her I wanted my veggies first. With clear irritation, she said they can’t do that anymore because of complaints about sandwiches being “sloppy.”

At that point, I asked for a refund because it was obvious she was not having a good day, and disagreeing with a paying customer about how they want their sandwich is not good service. It’s disappointing that this location would rather refund a customer than simply fix the issue. I was respectful the entire time, yet I was treated as if I was the problem.

I ended up going to the Subway next to Family Dentistry on Campus Wisdom and had absolutely no issues. They prepared my sandwich exactly how I wanted it.

Refusal to make online orders, waiting on a response from management.
The employee said their printer didn't print it so they wouldn't honor the online order with proof it was ordered, paid for, and at the correct location.
No solution was offered and subways internal order fix is frustrating to say the least.

This particular Subway is outstanding I drive 6 MI and pass several to go to this one because they keep it so clean the people seem happy to work there can they make beautiful sandwichesTonight I was telling the girl that I had not seen before how far I come and that I'm a Google guide and then I always give this store how marks and it is a shame that I passed by so many because they're unkept and the people that work there act like they don't even want to be there and she surprised me when she told me that she was the manager of this one now and her name is Cindy. She was so kind and sweet I told her that she would be seeing more of me and told her my story of loving this particular one. If anyone in Duncanville wants to go to a really good Subway they need to go to that one! You would think that they're all exactly alike but they really are not they may have all the same stuff but it's the people's personality that wait on you quickly and cleaning up after themselves and making the sandwich look nice instead of sloppy I would give them 10 Stars if I could 🌟
