Terrible customer service I placed an order and my card was charged but once I got to the restaurant they were saying there is no order found . The store phone number doesn’t even work and the lady Nicole was no help …0 out of 10 !!!

My poor mom was hot and hungry. She just wanted a small tuna sub. I am appalled she told me she did not like her sandwich and was so upset she could cry. I said it can’t be that bad and when I saw the bread of the sandwich I was shocked they would give her flaky, rotten and too soft of bread. I had to take a bite. This sandwich was spoiled. My mom wasted her money and we live 30 mins away . She was so hot, she did not check her sandwich and just wanted to get home . I see why people no longer go to subway. The quality of the food went down . I would have never made this review but my mom wasted her money and was so happy to try subway again, after not eating it for years. I have the service a 1 star because I called to speak to a manager and non of the phone numbers work.

Only had one employee working. She handed me the wrong order. Forgot my cookies when she finally got my order. Chewing gum and had white stuff coming out of her mouth. She wiped her mouth with her hand and didn’t change gloves. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life. Zero stars of if I could

This location is terrible especially with customer service. They should greet people with a smile and instead you are greeted with an attitude. Why do people hate their jobs? The place was literally empty and yet I had to wait an additional 10 mins for my sub after having ordered online. Owners need to get better management. This place sux!!

Went into this location Saturday and Cornelius was awesome. We had a pretty large order and he took his time to make sure everything was correct. The bread was fresh and the vegetables were fresh…the only thing they were out of was tomatoes. He was very patient and so much better than the last encounter I had at this location.

The person serving had been outside of the food prep area with a glove on. Then proceeded to make my sandwich with that same dirty glove. I asked her to change it. She politely did as asked. Her apron was really dirty.

Took 45min for 6 sandwiches when the restaurant was empty with just 1 employee. She did manage to help the few that came in and make my order correctly. While I didn’t like having to wait 45 min I’m understanding. This review is for that location itself. They need to hire more people.

I tried to order online & really couldn’t figure it out. The sweet young lady behind the corner was not only patient but she served us with a genuine smile & told me about the new game changer-“sandwich croutons” head blown (I want those on every sandwich for the rest of my life). It’s funny how folks experience different things. Everything was so random & impromptu today including coming here…Subway made for a wonderful lunch/dessert dine in experience. We’re full and chef’s kiss satisfied. And you know those oatmeal raisin cookies are hitting on everything!!

Busy today with two female works let’s moving at a very slow pace and even let another customer cut the line when I spoke up about it one employee got upset bc the guy who tried to cut the line left the store she said oh we just lost a customer then was upset so she has the other employee ring me up all because I feel like no one should be skipping lines no matter what they order! We all have lives and things to get back to they should be trained on customer service I won’t be back to this location EVER
