The person serving had been outside of the food prep area with a glove on. Then proceeded to make my sandwich with that same dirty glove. I asked her to change it. She politely did as asked. Her apron was really dirty.

Took 45min for 6 sandwiches when the restaurant was empty with just 1 employee. She did manage to help the few that came in and make my order correctly. While I didn’t like having to wait 45 min I’m understanding. This review is for that location itself. They need to hire more people.

Placed a delivery order from the app; arrived completely wrong with only meat and missing cheese and 5 other toppings and not toasted. Tried to call, phone does not work and voicemail not set up. Avoid this location.

I tried to order online & really couldn’t figure it out. The sweet young lady behind the corner was not only patient but she served us with a genuine smile & told me about the new game changer-“sandwich croutons” head blown (I want those on every sandwich for the rest of my life). It’s funny how folks experience different things. Everything was so random & impromptu today including coming here…Subway made for a wonderful lunch/dessert dine in experience. We’re full and chef’s kiss satisfied. And you know those oatmeal raisin cookies are hitting on everything!!

Busy today with two female works let’s moving at a very slow pace and even let another customer cut the line when I spoke up about it one employee got upset bc the guy who tried to cut the line left the store she said oh we just lost a customer then was upset so she has the other employee ring me up all because I feel like no one should be skipping lines no matter what they order! We all have lives and things to get back to they should be trained on customer service I won’t be back to this location EVER

Been going to this location for a while because it is close to my job; have had nothing but positive experiences. Could be slow sometimes if it is busy but the workers were very nice and are trying their best, and the meal was always tasty.Today I got served by a female employee who I never seen before and she lacked customer service. Although I greeted her with a smile she did not say hello, was very blunt when taking my order, and didn't say thank you at the end she just gave my order to the cashier and left. She was being somewhat polite to the customers behind me (at least saying hello) but for some reason she was very cold and blunt with me. First time this has happened since I've been coming for the past year.I will be driving a little further to a different Subway from now on.

The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because this poor employee was the only one there, working by herself. She served everyone, with a smile and calmness. I hope this was an error in scheduling and not a norm for this location.

Subway is Subway and your experience there will depend on your taste and what you order. And as for me, I will never go outside my box and try nothing new there. The Philly Cheesesteak was horrible. Idk why I thought it would be anything more than that. No flavor. No steak sauce. And then my "fresh" bread was toasted and hard as a rock (but not burnt). I will just stick with what I know going forward.

It's OK, but they have begun hiding the food from us while being prepared with a shield.That is not a good sign that this is happening.....I think I'll cease going to this subway,I'm sure many people appreciated seeing their food prepared, it was a staple of subway wasn't it...Something is certainly going on here...
