They only have one person working real poor customer service the young lady was stressed out she needed somebody else to help her out customers have to wait 10 minutes or longer it's not her fault it's the manager's fault.

Bad experience from the moment I walked in the cashier was in the back room for 10 minutes and when asked for 2 orders of cookies she was Rude and said “There’s None”no purchase was made due to the bad experience. Thanks Subway I had a disappointed child today.

Omg! Mary Jane was soo knowledgeable for my situation. I went in&cannot talk, im on voice rest due to my surgery. She understood my order with my note as well for what I wanted. She was very patient with me also, helped making selections ? Thanks so kindly Mary,may GOD bless you & continue. The guys on other hand,I was over charged last month a few bucks& i didn't return due to my schedule??‍♀️.. I've no $ as a single mom to give away in this day& time, ?honestly. Every time I go to this subway I observe staff handling food in an unhygienic way. Staff put gloves on then proceed to doing things such as touch their hair, adjust clothes, touch their cell phones or work the cash register with the same gloves then back to prepare the sandwiches. Every time I observe that I politely ask the staff to change the gloves to avoid contaminating the food. However, I have been met with rude attitudes from staff for asking them to change gloves. Today 8/21/23 around 4pm a staff was about to make my sandwich, after she put on her gloves she began adjusting her clothes and about to start making my sandwich. I politely requested that she changes her gloves since she pulled her pants up with the same gloves. The young lady became rude and stated” this is why I almost walked out of this job the other day”, and continued to mumble as she went to the sink to change gloves.” Her attitudes throughout the time she was preparing my sandwich was sour. When I got home, immediately after I finished eating the sandwich, I had stomach upset and ended up with diarrhea. I can list many incidences like another time the server was eating her food with gloves on then proceed to start making my sandwich with the same gloves. I stopped her and asked her to change her gloves, and she stated” I didn’t touch my mouth with it.” This location need to train their employees on good food hygiene when hiring them because it’s not one or two staff, it’s almost every staff I find I always have to ask them to change gloves because I observe them contaminating the gloves, and of course rude responses from them as usual. This location is in my neighborhood and a convenient place for a fast food that’s why I have been going back hoping I will find a different staff or they would have improved but even with the new staff it’s always the same story. After today’s stomach upset issue, I will not step foot at this location again

Young guy that works there can't take out his airpods long enough to listen to what you want on your sub. You are literally talking to him and telling him what not to put on and he doesn't listen to anything. Asked me if I wanted it toasted, NO. In the toaster is goes....Toasted tuna, no thanks...

Don’t stop at this Subway unless you want to be disappointed in some order . Not likely to have complete sandwich from missing veggies or protein lacking. 9 of 10 times wanted a healthy alternative, though they never hardly ever have complete stock of what it takes to make the sandwiches.Bummer !!
