Dark black male employee rude with customers and delivery driver was staring me and my company down the whole time we was at the restaurant.Also he yelled at the delivery driver saying we have no damn pick up orders here bro.

Went to Taco Bell for lunch there was no one in line or at the counter tried to get the attention of a black guy that was there with a headset three times I asked him for assistance and he just looked at me and ignored me. The girl at the window was in a big conversation with a customer. The only one working was the Hispanic lady making the orders. Didn’t get to order nothing just went next door to Kentucky chicken and got my order. Employees like that should be dismissed right away. No more Taco Bell for us. This happened at Taco Bell on Cedar Ridge in .Duncanville Tx
Was in the drive thru and the black young man was really rude and was rushing, was polite at all, was very impatient did not give me sauces and was disrespectful and dismissive to any questions. 10:40PM March 10,2025

Taco bell in Duncanville is just trash. Can't even call it slop it's trash. If you're craving tacobell drive to grand prairie.

10:15 PM on 1/2 - My expectations are managed in the sense that I know this is a Taco Bell, but oh my goodness. This has been such a lazy, bad experience.
We were the only ones in the drive through for a pick up order. Waited at least 5 minutes to be handed the wrong drink, with no straw. I let the young guy know with the 2 earbuds in that was texting in the corner for those 5 minutes. He tells me, “we don’t have that” and turns his back to me. Weird how if you guys don’t have something - we are able to order it in app. Instead of proposing a solution or anything else, he left us with the wrong drink.
As for our food, we don’t get everything in our order. I try to let him know, but his back is still turned. We ended up just leaving.
To mess up that badly and not care is beyond me. I understand it’s fast food, but it’s also paying customers and being rude for absolutely no reason.

Employee seemed annoyed we even showed up at 9pm even though they close at 2am, interrupted us while taking our order at the drive-through, and then ignored us when we tried to finish our order so we left.
Very strange experience. We weren't rude or anything, just trying to order some food. I'm not sure why the employee was so disrespectful, but I hope he gets help.

Now Taco Bell, you know you're wrong for this. ? I ordered off the Decades menu and added Cantina Chicken. Y'all just sprinkled some regular chicken on top. THEN, how yall going to short me on the nacho fries man? AND only half a cup of cheese sauce. I love the staff here but dang. Don't do my big back self like this anymore. ?

I visited this restaurant today at 826 p.m. the person they have representing this company is very poor in the category of communication and also their cash handling is at an all-time low when I tried to hand them money they pulled their hand away when handing them money then they dropped the money the change that is the dollar bills on the ground in the change I never could find the change. no apology also the food portions were not enough. This is very poor service I mean it I know it's a fast food restaurant but cash handling skills is a must if you're going to handle cash pick another profession.
