My husband and I went to our nearby taco bell location on south cedar ridge and we walked in wanting nachos bell grande. My request was for toppings in separate container from the chips. Requested extra cheese, double ground beef. No smiles. Complete drudgery on the managers face. One couple sitting down eating. No one in drive thru. They were not busy. A few to go bags waiting for pick up. We came home and the toppings were sad. These cost $10+ each!!! Does this look $10+ worth? We feel ripped off 😪 😕

I usually eat at this location at night. Thought it would be safe to go in here during the day and still receive the same quality food. Not so. As you can see by the picture I got a taco shell that was halfway full of ingredients which is crazy when there's three ingredients to go in that little tiny taco shell.. person left in charge apparently since everyone was treating her like management was too busy on her phone in the parking lot for 20 minutes sitting in her car to come in and make sure that her staff was filling orders properly.

The employees seem to be bothered every time you’re at the drive thru. It’s usually the younger night shift employees. Also it’s hit and miss if they have items/ ingredients. I usually go out of my way to different Taco Bell’s since the service is not up to Taco Bell standards at this location. Looking at the reviews I see I’m not the only one.

I wish I could do zero stars. I went inside because I have a stroke and I can't communicate effectively from the car. I waited 8 minutes and nobody was available to take my order. And suddenly I came face to face with a girl who said I just have to wait. I said I don't see the things on the kiosk that I would like to order. But she went back. In two or three minutes a customer tried to help me and then the manager appeared. While I was there two people came inside (car orders) and said they got the wrong order. And then one person came inside and said he got the wrong order at lunch. It was a mobile order and he needed to pick up the things that were left off of his order! I did the Franks/Diablo burrito and nachos because I saw that a YouTube video had given them two thumbs up. I don't know what happened but I got overcooked fries and overcooked chicken. I will never come to this place again. Consider yourself warned!!!

Looking for late night? Pass by this place. Everyone works at a snail’s pace. App orders are even slower. The food is cold and sticks to the wrapper. There’s always something missing from your order. No one ever answers the phone for you to correct.

The lady taking orders was rude. Repeatedly ask is that all. When I got to the windows the manager was there took my payment walked away. The lady that took my order asked me to pay again i let her know I already paid. My son's cheesy fiesta potatoes was hard. Over probably won't go back. Pls teach your order takers how to respectfully take order. Are you done everytime I mention something is annoying. Me personally when I use to take orders. I either wait til the customer say they finished or if there's a long pause I'll ask will that complete ur order today. And they need communication. The lady that handed me my foot should have already known I paid for my food. I give this place a 1

Pictures speak louder than words. Ordered a potato taco and it literally came with 5 tiny potato bits buried under a mountain of lettuce. While I was there, an employee even refused to take a customer’s order because management only wanted people to use the kiosk…customer even said they wanted to pay cash! Anyway, if you come here, check your food carefully. Don’t worry, though, they definitely won’t overload you with potatoes.
