I ordered a double blackened chicken breast got home it was a grilled chicken breast call the store ask what could be done about it cuz I live all the way in Arlington put the manager on the phone Sam never offered any kind of solution kept telling me she don't know what I got maybe they just cooked it wrong but you never offered me anything I just spent $25 with you guys you never offered to replace the meal it was nothing blacking about this chicken nothing I will never order food from there again. Mind you I have had this blackened chicken before from there, so I know what it supposed to look like. Customer service is a plus in order to stay in business. I followed the chain of command but clearly you have the wrong management in charge.

I did a pickup order and when I walked in there, there were no welcoming smile, no greeting, no nothing. I told the lady I had to pick up order, and tried to tell her what it was, she just straight cut me off and told me my price. I wanted to say danm lady, can I finish telling you what it is first. I should have read all the reviews. Horrible customer service. That lady need customer service training. If you're not a people person you're in the wrong business.

The burgers are sooo good! And the seasoning they add on the fries is also very good. Never disappoints big portions for a great price and usually have it ready pretty quickthank you coaches box!

Food is delicious but i called and put in a order and guy was rude didnt give me a time how long it would take didn’t ask for a name, and kept asking is that it is that it instead of need anything else and just overall had an attitude
