Lou was great and felt like he was our uncle. It was such a nice and inviting atmosphere, and all of the appetizers he recommended, and the fried fish and waffles were delicious! The Étouffée wasn't as thick as what I'm accustomed to, but after all the other delicious items, I was full enough to be satisfied anyway. We ended the night with Beignets, even though we were stuffed, we had to make room for those, and I'm certainly glad we did! I highly recommend visiting!
