The Snow Cone Counter

Amazing sno cone place, I’ve been going here since I was 19 and I’m now 23. the sno cones are creative and there’s so many flavors to choose from. I noticed the snow cone counter when I was a teenager cause they have orchid cream vanilla which is not a very well known flavor, it’s rare to see it at sno cone places nowadays cause it’s one of the first sno cone flavors ever made. My dad used to take me to get orchid cream vanilla sno cones when I was a kid and the orchid cream here definitely hits the spot and reminds me of my childhood. If you want a good sno cone come here, I highly recommend 💯

This place is Fraud they steal your card information lowkey, that’s why they don’t accept cash. And when you ask for a small they charge $6 for all the sizes. On the menu it clearly has different prices listed for each size. Don’t make sense! Horrible .

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the second time we went to this place and the first time was okay, I mean both times it looked like the people there hate their job and look bothered when we’re placing our order. This time, I placed my order as follows…Can I please have a Blue coconut lush, medium. The boy at the window said okay, what else? I said Do you have white coconut? He said, we have clear so I said okay. I want the exact same coconut lush but, with clear coconut in medium as well. He looked like he understood and said okay. I paid and waited. He gave me the blue coconut lush first. Then handed me just a regular clear coconut snocone. I said, I order another coconut lush with clear coconut. He said that’s not what you said. I said yes, after i ordered the blue one, I said I want the exact same thing with clear. The girl that was with him pushed aside and said let me talk to her. She then asked what I said so I proceeded to tell her the EXACT SAME THING and she said well, we typically don’t offer the lush that way so, you should have been specific. I looked at her and said it’s still coconut just different colors. Like wow! How much more specific does one have to be after saying give me the exact same thing, just a different color coconut. She then said if you want I’ll add the toppings to charge you. I said no, that’s fine & drive off. Neither of these two clearly had no common sense at all and it shows cause I think when I said I want the exact same thing just a different color coconut on the second one, I thought I sounded pretty specific. If they felt they needed to charge me whatever for the second one cause it’s a same flavor but different color well, they should have just said so before giving me the wrong item with horrible service to follow. It’s just clear if you don’t have common sense, it just can’t be taught! If you decide to go here, make sure you speak to them as you would a child that’s learning otherwise, it’s not their fault you weren’t more specific, the snocones are good but, customer service sucks! And for me to give my money to a company, I need better customer service.

I got the chill pickle, so pickle flavor with pickles on top. It said dill pickle not sweet dill pickle. I did not like mine. Got 2 other snow cones and my kids liked theirs. I would try again just not pickle flavor.

I come here often. I think the flavors and additions you can get on the snow cones are delicious BUT today 6-18-24 8:30p.m I went and received the worst customer service ever!!! Lady that took order had a complete attitude, owner had an attitude and other young person very unprofessional!! One young lady named Meagan that works there is the sweetest ever and one young man with braces but those others can kick rocks

Watch your snow cones! All of ours had hair in it. So disgusting! And the snow cones are watered down, and they only take CARD ? A waste of money!!! I wish I could’ve included a pic!!

Let me tell y'all about this establishment... The costumer service was GOD AWFUL I don't know if it was the manager or not but this big older lady with an aggravating voice came to the window and MY LANTA she was nothing but rude and nasty. I was trying to order the Strawberry Cheesecake Delight but without the strawberries and she said " it's a create your own, next time have it right it's not the same thing." It was my first time here and that was really disrespectful.
She was rude kept saying what else what else what else and slammed the window. She was rushing me to take my order (I have a five year old and a seven year old; kids don't know what they want and I want them to make their own choices and try new things.)
Also VERY UNSANITARY she wore NO GLOVES when making my snow cones.
Absolutely disgusting only God knows where its hands have been. My snow cone was also runny and leaking everywhere, and the ice was thick and clumpy. I do not recommend, they don’t deserve my money.

Came here today, on Sunday thinking I was going to get my craving for a snow cone filled but instead I got an overflowing cup of juice. Obviously nobody was there to ensure quality control because there’s no way the snow cone should have even come out like that. To top it off, I had to wipe off red and yellow snow cone juice off of my car both inside and outside. By that time, I didn’t even want the da** thing anymore and left it in the grass with all of the wipes and napkins it took for me to clean my car. I didn’t have time to wait for her to make me another horrible a** snow cone. I usually cone here all the time and never had this bad of an experience. They can keep the $5.27 they charged for that bullshh because I won’t be back.
