I chose not to eat there. I walked in dirty dishes everywhere, and the employees were on their phones. Waffle house is a great place to eat, but keeping it clean...seem to be a challenge lately. So, cleaning up wasn't a priority, nor was eating there. I chose to go to First Watch best decisions.

I ordered my food , but the customer service was off , ordered four waffles at 7+ dollar each why my waffles wasn't full 🌕 one side looked like a 👑 and the other like a waffle I'm so over it.

ts was so bad the food was mid they gave us an egg that was raw👎🏽the environment was dirty a guy did our food with no effort that when we got our food they forgot the waffle?like bro lmao but the tables were also dirty we ate on a DIRTY table like seriously but also there was a table that was being cleaned and all of the sudden they just left it there dirty like if they had forgotten what they were doing they were also on their phone all the time like why even work??😂and it was just so bad overall i don’t recommend it not worth the 30$ i spend

This use to be my go to waffle house since moving to Duncanville 4 yrs ago, but not anymore. I thought I was dead for a moment. No one acknowledged me as I came in, I proceeded to sit in the waiting area for a good 10 minutes and was still ignored. Tables opened and the people that came after me sat down, but they were given menus and drinks right away? I then sat at the booths In front of the kitchen and sat for another 15 mins. At this point I must have really been casper the friendly ghost. Everyone went past me and continued to ignore me. Then an older couple sat with me on the booths and they were immediately greeted, given menus and their order was taken. That was all I could take! At that point I just walked out. I've seen several issues happen everytime I go to other tables, I just never thought I would be next! Just PLEASE save yourself the headache and just visit the newer Waffle House in Grand Prairie at 1100 E Pioneer Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75051.

Dirty tables and seatings staff slow on basic like coffee, silverware, menus eggs was tough.
My wife and I went there for a Sunday meal. The store was almost empty, and there were two visible employees working. One was the cook, and the other was an extremely rude, disrespectful young lady who stayed on her phone the entire time as we walked in until we sat down. Not sure if she was on break or not, but she took a to go order for another customer. We sat, and no one came to take our drink order after a few minutes. Then we heard the cook ask the young lady to grab someone from the back to assist us. Add an extra 5 min afterward. Finally, once we reached the end of our patience, she looks and says, "what yall want to drink?" Without even approaching our table. She asked while she was halfway in the kitchen.
Nah, we good. We got up and left.

If I could give zero stars I would! There atleast 10 people working here and they take forever. There's been an empty table for atleast 10 minutes and no ones bothers to pick it up. A couple of them are just walking back and forth not doing a damn thing! Terrible service!
