This location used to be good but they have gone downhill. CHANGE YOUR FRY OIL! I got sick after eating one hasbrown. Tasted like old bitter rancid oil. You can literally smell how bad their oil is outside of the store it is so intense.

Got a patty melt last night, and they forgot the sauce. That burger was so dry. If I wasn't so far away by the time I realized it, I would have definitely gone back. Very disappointed.

Absolutely unacceptable . I don’t know how a restaurant can serve RAW chicken and think that’s okay. That’s not just bad service that’s dangerous and shows zero regard for customers’ health. It’s honestly disgusting. The fact that this even made it out of the kitchen tells me nobody here cares about safety, quality, or basic common sense. If this is what they’re comfortable serving, I don’t even want to imagine what else is going on back there. Honestly, I didn’t realize I signed up for a salmonella sampler, but apparently that’s their specialty. I genuinely thought maybe they were trying to introduce a new “farm-to-table-but-skip-the-cooking” concept. Bold choice. Save yourself the risk and go somewhere that actually knows how to prepare food safely. This place clearly doesn’t.

The always make mistakes with my orders and asked me to call customer service to fix their problem, if you can’t read online orders properly then do not accept them. I had to come back every time I order here for the last 3 times. I’ve need to multiple locations they don’t have this issue.
