Went there today and hit the drive through. The person taking the order was nice but when i go to the window to pay it took a long time. I sat there for almost 10 min for my order. (I was the only one in drive through) the employee had his hands "gloved" but when i went to pay (in cash) he didn't take off the gloves but rather just took the money and handed me the reciept. Then without changing his gloves went and handled my food. This is not sanitary and actually dangerous for customers as money is not clean.

I stopped going here 2 years ago due to horrible wait times. I gave it another shot 2 weeks ago and they were on point. 8 minutes from ordering in the drive through I was leaving with my food. Following week we went in and had our food in just over 5 minutes with a semi filled seating area. Not sure what they did but I'm hoping it continues to be this efficient.

My experience was ok cashier was great and had great customer service 👏 👍 environment 👍 was awesome clean and quite but my burger was half cook or should I say half done but and the fish sandwich was very greasy and soggy and nasty yuk what are they doing back there in the cook area but the manager made it right ✅️ and gave me an full refund so I might consider goin there again might

It has been 3 different times I have asked for my meals to be WHATASIZED and they keep trying to give me medium at the drive thru.
10 people in the kitchen and counter still takes 15 minutes for a regular hamburger. Little thing no spoons to use with malt.

My child was eating her burger when she asked if my burger tasted odd.. I proceed to investigate her burger & to my surprise the meat patty was pink in the middle, aka RAW! I had to put the meat on my skillet to fully cook thoroughly good thing we were home but none the less that was disgusting. Y'all also didn't put fries in my chicken strip combo. I ordered for a large onion ring on the side & they took out the fries & placed medium onion rings in the box. Please pay more attention to details. I know it's busy after school hours but you have to be consistent with meat temperature cooking time someone can get real sick. Two weeks prior I went on a Saturday night ALL fries were Soo salty. It didn't matter how much we tried rubbing the salt off it wouldn't come off it just ruined the whole meal & so today we tried to give y'all another opportunity but I don't know if you have new people that need better training or lack of common sense. It's bad.
