My service is always impeccable. The staff is always so nice and friendly. My food was ready in minutes. It's piping hot. Can't wait to get home and eat it. Thank you Angelica for being a sweetheart. She told me to have a good day and with a smile. My wings and fries on 12-23 looked old and hard. Im very disappointed.

When I first came in, the employee did not make a good impression. They were rude and made it seem like they didn’t want to serve us. They were constantly sitting on the counter and on their phones, which made the experience feel unprofessional and unwelcoming. Overall, the service definitely needs improvement.

I keep going to this location due to work and keep getting eye gestures from the lady at the register for just asking a simple question. Please be cordial and kind, people. I can definitely understand why the low ratings.

Called to verify delivery address for my order they could not tell me where it was being delivered so the alleged manager was suppose to cancel my order. The next something told me to call and verify the cancellation because I did receive an email confirmation with the cancellation and they allegedly did not know anything about it and were suppose to reach out to the district manager. I have yet to receive any kind of follow up from them. Maybe this review will prompt someone to reach out with my refund. I was placed on hold for over 30 mins and the people working there were just wasting my time both the day the order was placed and the next day

Judith was nice but the girl with baby bangs and dark hair was super rude. We came in 30 mins till close and she was aggressively telling us to move and to sit down. Mind you all the chairs were up on the table. She was doing chores 30 mins before closing. Really unprofessional. We tipped well and received horrible service. Don't come here unless you want to get rage baited.

Very fast! It used to take my order some time, I don't know if management changed but my order is always on time now!

this wing stop is always on point, you come in and get greeted my the crew there always so nice.my food was great , hot , fresh . even though its a small location they get it done . Dining room clean, accurate orders and just over all a 10/10 service.
