Only 2 people working line outside the store and I stood there for 1 hour exactly!!!! Not fair to customers and 2 employees

I ordered through Uber eats, and apparently, I ordered too close to the closing time and instead of canceling my order since they obviously knew they weren’t going to be there long enough for a delivery driver to pick it up they just let delivery drivers keep driving Up to a closed store. Horrible service!!!!

Order was wrong 2 weeks in a row. Didn't give me my wife's 10 pcs combo at all. Gave a credit for that.... ok went back the following week as usual every wensday ordered the exact same thing and they got my 20 pcs wrong that time I called back and specifically told the shift lead that this was ridiculous and I wanted the whole order covered and to suprise they didn't want to cover the entire meal like I asked the previous week. So I'll take my 50 a week elsewhere I work way to hard for my money to give it away and or have to do the leg work for someone else's screw up and they would rather loose 50 dollars a week forever then own up and do the right thing thanks wing stop

This is the worst Wingstop! It’s sad that this Wingstop is 5 mins from me and they suck. Food is always cold. I’ve given them several chances but they fail every time. Don’t go to this location. Cedar hill is way better.

These people are sad and heartless they messed up my two customers orders I tried calling no answer so I went back up there and they saying there’s nothing we can do we closed sad

Called in my order over the phone. The wings were exactly how I requested them with extra sauce. They were cooked fresh and flavorful. Excellent!

This place is a hit and miss spot... depending on whose working in regards to the presentation of the food. Once I ordered lemon pepper wings only to find buffalo sauce was on the inside and outside of the container. I guess the employee was too lazy to get a clean box to put my order in... I'm not going to lie... I still ate it...

They just need more cleaning where they place the soda lids/spoons and that's where they need to be more clean.

My local Wingstop stop never fails me! Always has my order ready on time. They always seem to have the most relevant deals! Personally, I’m deeply in love with The wings only here and at Mariscos La Reyna #7 in Grand Prairie (a la diabla sauce)! Wow! Pluckers and everyone else falls short!
