Everytime I come here, there’s always something that’s messed up in their end and then THEY get mad that THEY have to fix THEIR mess up. Everyone in there has an attitude and there’s NEVER enough sauce on the wings and they charge you for a small cup and get mad when you want more. Like it makes no sense how they’ve been like this for YEARS now.

Walked in not greeted just what can. I get for you, the cooks were busy I will say it looked clean the food was fresh not to busy2peopke of front both act as if they had no clue asked who owns the place they looked like should we tell? And clearly it’s posted on the wall after looking around the other cashier she was scrolling her phone then tried to look busy but wasn’t so I proceeded to get my drink and I was like the soda is not tasting right (sprite) idk if it was a boy or a girl was not moved to come taste she went to the back then said it’s good and it wasn’t received my order no Thank you outside of store was dirty no lighting outside where parking is with it being ducked off not safe at nightFood-8 hot and fresh but got cold to fastCust Svc-2 not excited about serving the customersLocation-4 no lighting out side of store blind spot and dirty walking in

Ordered over the phone. They got my order correct. Cooked perfectly and the size of the wings were BIGGER than usual. My 5 yr old love her plain chicken sandwich. Looking forward to the next time I crave wings.

I placed an order via Uber Eats and presentation of the food was horrible. The wings were DRY. The chicken sandwich was DRY. So dry to the point that the sandwich was original hot & you could still see the breading of the sandwich because there was little to no sauce on the chicken. The chicken flavor was Cajun & there was PLENTY of the dry rub seasoning but the wet sauce was NONEXISTENT. I've NEVER had Cajun flavor wings & not had wet sauce at the bottom of the container. First time for everything I guess. So I went to the store to speak with the manager Erica and was advised that I needed to contact Uber Eats to resolve the issue. Even though Uber delivers the food it's on the restaurant on how the food is prepared. So then walked to the back to call someone & the answer was still the same. So I asked her the name of the person she spoke with & she refused to let me know the person name that she called on the phone. And then stated that she doesn't give out people name. I then asked for a phone number to call regarding my issue and AGAIN I was reused a phone number and was told to call tomorrow to speak with the General Manager that would be on duty. So I asked the GM name so I can know who to speak with & AGAIN she REFUSED to provide a name & just said to call tomorrow. POOR customer service. Not sure how Erica is even a manager. DEFINITELY needs more training.
