Please issue my refund I ordered food on 12-31-25 @534 pm. I called the local Zanesville location 2 times after 7pm. 1st time to see where my order was and the 2nd time to cancel my order. I told them we did not want food that had been sitting for an hour and a half almost 2 hours. The 1st time I called I was told no one had even arrived to pick up our food. The 2nd time I called I was told that the store cant refund the food. I told them that I didnt want the old food the 2nd time and they still didnt cancel my order. The delivery person messaged me at almost 730pm 2 hours later and told me they were on their way. I told them not to come and that I had told the store to cancel my order and refund me. They should NOT have even began to send the delivery driver. They should have told them not to bother. We want our $55.00 back. For a 1st time customer we are very disappointed and will never return for any service from Wingstop. What a disappointment to say thw least. Please return our money to us for food we never recieved after a 2 hour wait who would eat that chicken anyway.

Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.

I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!

Please do not go to this Wingstop. I asked for lemon pepper and they overdid it with the seasoning so I asked them to remake it. The young lady by the name of Natalie took the wings from me and just put them back in the deep fryer she proceeded to put one wing that I had bit off of back in the deep fryer. After letting it sit for 30 seconds she proceeded to take it out and give it to me and tell me that that was good enough. I told her that I wanted them remade completely. She told me it will take 13 minutes to remake them I stepped back outside. She came outside with five minutes to get me. She gave me the same chicken that I gave her back and told me that it was as she argue with me, even after I told her I wanted it freshly remade I asked for my money back completely because I did not appreciate her attitude. I thought that was very unsafe for her to put food back in there that I had previously ate off, put my hands on you cannot do that. That is a health food violation. I will not be return to this location after I talk to the manager in the morning, she proceeded to tell me she couldn’t give me a refund that the manager had to give me a refund in the morning. This is a very unsafe place to eat. I noticed that my fries already had look like they was overdone, but I accepted them. They are taking food and just re-dropping it and handing it to you and saying this is good enough that’s not right and that is not customer service. The other young man that was standing there he didn’t say anything. He was just laughing at the situation. I asked for a manager she told me she was the assistant manager if that’s the way Wingstop let there assistant manager act then I definitely won’t be eating at any Wingstop anymore. I will be getting in touch with corporate in the morning as well Update… I went to the other wingstop to reorder my food and told them what happened had to pay more because I order online the 1st time it was a $5 different and yes I’m mad about my money but they was very nice to me that the other one it’s the one on Cedar Ridge in Duncanville I did got the franchise owner‘s number they have a number on the wall.I definitely will be giving them a call in the morning. I feel that Natalie the assistant manager needs to be retrain on customer service and food safety also cross contamination. Thank you

Shorted us at least 10 wings. Email them and the box was full. Tried again and they offered me French fries. It we ordered fries in the order they shorted us. Each basket had like 10 fries. I want my 10 wings back. Dud!

Very bad customer service. Asked for crispy wings very fatty. Ordered online order they forgot about. Then had to ask them without then asking me about my order. The flavor was terrible. Do not recommend this restaurant.

Not stopping by this Wingstop again. I walked in and looked at the order dashboard right when the cashier was asking for my name. I was looking at the dashboard to see if my order was ready. And she thought that I was just picking someone off the dashboard to steal their food. No one has ever asked for my last name to pick up an order. Not patronizing their location again. I should have asked for a refund.

Ordered the 20 for $20 special only to be greeted with soggy flavorless wings swimming in oil. No time to drive back and wait so I just threw them in the air fryer and seasoning them myself. What a waste of time and money.

Tried wing stop for the first time in Lenoir tonight. Huge mistake. Spent $30 on two meals just to wait 40 minutes to receive our food. Not only were my wings cold, but they were also the wrong flavors. Ordered hot honey and Korean q and I got lemon pepper and buffalo instead - both of which I don’t even like. So I don’t know if it’s just because I don’t like those flavors, because my food was cold, or because they just weren’t good in general, but it was a terrible experience. I was so excited to finally try wingstop but I’m so disappointed.
