Tried wing stop for the first time in Lenoir tonight. Huge mistake. Spent $30 on two meals just to wait 40 minutes to receive our food. Not only were my wings cold, but they were also the wrong flavors. Ordered hot honey and Korean q and I got lemon pepper and buffalo instead - both of which I don’t even like. So I don’t know if it’s just because I don’t like those flavors, because my food was cold, or because they just weren’t good in general, but it was a terrible experience. I was so excited to finally try wingstop but I’m so disappointed.

Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes.
We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes.
She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤
Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

I wouldn't normally write a review about a chainfranchise let alone a wingstop but whoever was there cooking midday 09/08/2024 made my food with love. It was seasoned well, drained from the oil WELL, cooked perfectly, and they layered the cheese sauce and ranch all throughout my Lousianna Voodoo Fries. They made it like how they would want it made god or whatever other denominational religion diety bless them. They did oversauce my tenders but that's just superficial to me who likes a less sauced approach next time ill get it on the side still tastty tho
4 stars only because I got sick on the most recent order to this review. I've eaten from this location before, so I'm not going to shoot this specific Wingstop down as I usually really enjoy their service and food! I'm about to order again lol so hopefully, it was a one-off.

When they first opened they were great but they've gotten careless. This is the second time they've left half of our order out. They don't seem concerned with customer service because both times they've told me I'd have to wait 15-20 min for the rest of my order while the rest sits at home getting cold. They don't even apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience.
