There is an expectation of great service when one eats at this place, but management must have changed because today's experience was awful. Our order took 40 minutes! And it was cold! Disappointed that the staff worked so poorly under the pressure of a crowded dining room. I will not be returning to this location.

Dinning room was FILTHY. A lot of food on the floor. Trash cans over filled. Dirty tables. The whole time I was in the dining room no one took the time to clean the dinning room. It wasn’t like you were at a peak hour that would excuse u in a way. Management needs to be more on top of QSC. CLEANLINESS being a major part. If your dinning room is a mess I imagine how the KITCHEN would be.

Lately the times I’ve gone I order a sandwich, cookies or fries on the app for curbside pick up. I went after lunch when it’s not too busy it was slow. I’m waiting for 7 minutes and my order is not ready. I get down and everyone is talking and laughing while my bag is on the counter. For how long?Not sure but they could have taken out once it was ready….
