Food is a hit or a miss. For me consistency in a fast food restaurant is a big selling point. Ate here a few times with my wife because she was craving American Chinese food. Ordered the same dishes, but was one perfectly seasoned and one was under seasoned. I think if the chefs/cooks had a more standardized way for cooking so the food is consistent then it would bump the overall food quality of the restaurant. Purchased 6/27 at night (well seasoned food) and 6/28 in the afternoon...
Although the food is good, when it arrives people are short, they take your order but do not warn you that you have to wait a considerable time because they ran out of a dish, it is frustrating because they forget your order and pretend believe that you want to consume your food already cold.

Ordering through the app is very convenient! The times we've dined in, it's also a very pleasant experience and the quality of the food never fails. We love Panda Express and appreciate all the hard work from all the employees.
