We all know Popeyes chicken is delicious. Same goes with this location. I had one person in line in front of me and the drive thru was not busy. There was also plenty staff when I was there. Tons of chicken sitting ready to be boxed. That’s why I was disappointed when it took me 25 minutes for me to get my food when others were getting their food before me. Staff needs better leadership.
Very bad service from the cashier, they lack customer service, being friendly, knowing how to sell, offering products and most importantly speaking clearly and loudly. Set aside half an hour for the grumpy young man to attend.
