I stopped by the Panda Express in Eagle Pass recently, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Panda Express. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted everyone with a smile and kept the line moving efficiently, even during a busy time. The restaurant was clean, organized, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a quick meal.

Went through the drive through to grab lunch ordered a plate with half fried rice and half super greens. Recieved all fried rice. Ordered a cup of ice and they tried to charge me almost 2.50. I dont have enough time on my lunch break to go back to get it fixed guess I'm stuck with their screwups.
Stopped by the Eagle Pass Panda Express during a crazy busy lunch rush and Bri at the register absolutely stood out. She was genuinely kind, patient, and upbeat with every customer even while the line was nonstop. You could tell she actually cared about giving people a good experience instead of just rushing everyone through. Great customer service like that is rare these days.
