I was in drive thru and i saw this couple at sonic they were very touchy in there work area i get it its okay to be in a relationship but they need to know where they can do whatever they want at home not in there work area i find it very inappropriate if they cant work together they should have different

I usually order but one thing that in infuriates me is the fact that they always give me tater tots when I specifically asked for french fries. Sonic is one of my favorite places for burgers, ice, ice cream, drinks and the pretzel is good too. This sonic is always busy. The service time is inconsistent. I always order on the app. Sometimes it is super fast; other times it takes about 15-20 minutes. I have had ice cream arrive melty which is a negative. Other than that, the other food and drink are consistently good.
Cant believe it…. A fast food joint wins the award in Eagle Pass as the best customer service of all the food place’s restaurants in that place! I served for 27 yrs and now I drive a truck. Eagle pass iscthe worst service industry but Sonic staff service was over the top! Id only come therr if I go into town ever again. Thanks!
