Sonic is one of my favorite places for burgers, ice, ice cream, drinks and the pretzel is good too. This sonic is always busy. The service time is inconsistent. I always order on the app. Sometimes it is super fast; other times it takes about 15-20 minutes. I have had ice cream arrive melty which is a negative. Other than that, the other food and drink are consistently good.
Cant believe it…. A fast food joint wins the award in Eagle Pass as the best customer service of all the food place’s restaurants in that place! I served for 27 yrs and now I drive a truck. Eagle pass iscthe worst service industry but Sonic staff service was over the top! Id only come therr if I go into town ever again. Thanks!

I only usually get take out here usually for just a quick grab and snack type thing. I usually order but one thing that in infuriates me is the fact that they always give me tater tots when I specifically asked for french fries.
