Ordered take-out tonight. I haven’t had Prima in a long time. When I got there the employee asked if I wanted to pay cash or card. I said cash and she said that only the owner can take cash (which is weird) but she was on the phone so I didn’t want to wait. I gave the employee my card instead and the owner rushed over and micromanaged the employee and asked me what the name on my order was and what I ordered like 3 times before she finally figured it out. So when you order your food off the menu and it says $10.99 and then you go to pay it’s actually $12.41 so when you go up there to pay, they changed the price so I ask how come I’m not getting charged with what I looked at the menu for oh our prices changed. Well you need to change your menu. I will never come back here again and the bread was very hard to eat.
The pasta here isn’t edible, it’s gummy and the sauce tastes really bad like canned soup. The pizza is fine.
