Drive thru order was made correctly. The hot honey chicken had a good spice. I might ask to go easy on the sauce next time it was messy for on the road eating and bacon was not crispy so it pulled out every time I took a bite. Ask for napkins if you want them, they are not in the bag.

It had iced and snowed, and i grabbed some breakfast inside, ordered some mocha frappes with my breakfast, and one of the employees started complaining to the other workers about why i ordered iced drinks. I could hear her from the counter! I understand everyone is different about things during the heat or cold weather. But i like the frappes! But it was very unprofessional, to stand there and be loud where any customer could hear her complain about what i had ordered!
Overall, the food is good, but they do get orders wrong from time to time. And some are friendly and others are rude!

We don’t mind waiting, especially during bad weather, but having two cars pass us and then receiving cold, soggy fries was frustrating. We went back through the drive-thru and politely asked if we could get hot fries instead.
The person who helped us—possibly the manager, Greg (that’s the name he gave)—said he had just cooked them. We explained that they weren’t even warm and were already soggy when we touched them. Unfortunately, he had a noticeable attitude during the interaction.
He brought back only one order of fries when there were two. When we mentioned that, he tried to hand the bag back to us and didn’t want to take the original fries to check them. If he had simply taken the fries we offered, he would’ve immediately felt how cold they were. He eventually brought the second order, which was hot and crispy.
On a positive note, the younger woman working the first drive-thru window (payment window) was incredibly kind and had such a positive attitude despite the terrible weather. I didn’t catch her name, but she was genuinely wonderful and deserves recognition.

BEWARE!
This McDonald’s WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
They DO NOT care if your order is right or if they gave you all your items you have paid for. Matter fact they serve cold old food and refry fries to “refresh” them. And if you think it’s a simple call to get it fixed…Goodluck. They will do everything possible to not give you your money back. Save your money but more importantly YOUR TIME, because they will take 30 mins to serve you that cold food or apparently from reading other reviews RAW! Kind of like a casino maybe that’s the thrill of it you never know what you’re gonna get at this McDonald’s! One thing you won’t get is Contact from someone who actually cares!

We waited 40 mins for a curbside online order.
Trip one she brought us our food. No cookies so so went back in as we inspected our food to make sure it’s right because they’re great about making it wrong too. Oh and sauces they don’t give you sauces YOU PAY FOR! So she comes back like a good 4mins later with the cookies and we realize we’re missing our pies too so she goes back inside and never returns. I had to get out go in and tell me why the girl is leaned on a counter not a worry in sight. Upon getting home we then realize we also are missing our 4 drinks.

SERIOUSLY DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE, IF YOU CAN, PICK SONIC OR CHICKEN EXPRESS ACROSS THE STREET!

Edit to add: the “owner” comments the link to share feedback so I’ll update again in 3 days if anything comes of that..won’t hold my breath.

Manager on duty was a guy I didn't see his name i ordered at 8:09 pm its a little busy I ordered from kiosk, the Manager calls my number I proceed to get my bag and I guess he realized he forgot to put one of my sandwiches in the bag so he grabs it, and instead of either putting it in a bag or just handing to it me he decides to stick his nasty hands in my bag grab my 2 small fries with his bare hands to move them out the way to put my forgotten sandwich in my bag which is totally unacceptable, so I ask him for new fries because his bare hands where just all over the ones in the bag and storms off and instead of replacing the ones he touched he just throw another small fry in the bag and gives it to me. In complete disgust I just turned and walked away, threw all my fries away and went and order them at taco bell and they were happy to help. I dont know what his name was but if he cant handle a little rush or the job is to stressful for him he needs to find a different job because its not my fault he frustrated and mad because its a little busy. It kills me people do jobs they hate doing instead of going to find a job they can like and since they dont in return the customers get treated like crap and so does their food that spent they money on. I was cool with the frustration because I understand but to touch my food with you bare hand because your not thinking correctly is not a good look and he needs to be coached on how to handle food better. He was completely wrong and out of line for doing that.

For all the people in line I shouldn't have received cold food. My quarter pound wasn't even warm for being under a heat lamp. I had cold French fries also and this was at peak 5- 7 supper time hours. Just because people go through the drive thru doesn't mean they don't deserve hot food.

We did the drive thru.
Biscuit egg cheese and bacon was delicious... could have had a little more bacon 🥓. Coffee was great 👍. I love the potato patties even though they have gotten small.

This is a McDonald's it is located in DeSoto.
DeSoto is not the nicest part of DFW. I will say this though that was the cleanest, most efficient, and the food looks just like the pictures on the menu board. Taste as good as it looks. I'm almost 60 and I have been eating McDonald's ever since I can remember. This is absolutely the best McDonald's I have ever been in.
