“I have been to Pulido's several times now, and I have loved every single visit! The atmosphere is always great, but the standout is definitely the service from Karla. She is incredibly attentive and kind—I never even had to ask for a refill because my glass was always full. Karla really goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of, and she makes the whole experience special. I highly recommend asking for her!

Kid-friendliness: They sell kids meals with 3in subs, we also carry personal size pizza's that tend to be a kid's choice winner, (a well as adults), and under $5, for a cheese pizza! You can put any sandwich combo on the pizza's as well for the more adventurous kiddos/adults!”

“The girl at the window lied to me! I ordered a BK triple stacker today in Eastland and two kids meals. My Burger was the same size as the kids meal burger but with three patties.. I new see was acting like she was guilty.. when I got home I googled it and it said that the BK stacker burger was back and bigger than ever with quarter pound patties. She lied to me saying the original BK stacker was back but it's the same size as before! Burger King has gone down hill!! I've seen this girl at other fastfood restaurants, and her customer service is always so terrible! I took pics!! I've been eating here every since that they've opened.. always great food and customer service till now!!!!!”
