Best one stop food truck. Homemade tortillas fresh every morning, fresh salsa and fresh ingredients. GREAT PRICES too. I usually stop for breakfast but I often eat lunch too haha.
Here is my favorite:
* chili relleno breakfast burrito with eggs and bacon
*side of potatoes A-la-mexicana style🤤🤤
And of course the home made sauce.
Montano’s burritos is delicious. The food is amazing, the hot sauce has great flavor, and they are great people. Highly recommend!

Montano’s Burritos | Mexican Food Truck is a pink food truck in Eastland. It is the best food in town and the best Mexican food in Eastland. Great prices, great portions, and great people. The food is always fresh, and the salsa is amongst the best. The Al Pastor, Barbacoa, and Bacon and Beans tacos are favorites. The Pork with chili and rice burrito and Bistec quesadilla are super filling and delicious. Breakfast burritos are the best since leaving San Antonio, with fresh made flour tortilla, egg, chorizo, and potatoes. Burritos are always on point, loaded, and delicious. The chesadillas are delicious. Service is fast and friendly. Call ahead for the easiest experience. Large parking lot and outside seating is available. Weekly visit approved and highly recommended.
