Priced way too high !! Quality of food not good. Soup was gloppy, mashed potatoes were dry and not well mixed, no roll, just dry biscuits from breakfast line. Temperature was lukewarm on food Roast was really good, but otherwise not up to pare at all. Would not recommend.

Stopped in on our way to DFW traveling. We had always wanted to try it out since we always see it from I-20 and figured they would have amazing steak being connected to a cattle auction. Went in to a little dinner type looking place. Waitress was friendly and did great service. Husband and Dad ordered the 12 oz T-Bone and ordered the 8 oz ribeye. When the T-Bones came they were pounded out so thin they looked more like a pork chop. They were also extremely salty, over cooked and didn't even have to filet added. My ribeye wasn't salty but actually had no seasoning to it at all. It just tasted like a pan fried piece of meat. We ate, paid and made our way to the DFW airport. Once we arrived to the airport both guys that had the t-bone started feeling off. Dad dropped us off and headed back home and we hopped on our flight. Dad said he didn't feel good the whole way home and husband was struggling on the plane. When we got in our vehicle to drive back home husband was feeling worse. Once we got back home husband was running a little fever. Took some meds and got in bed. Was up all night with tummy pains. So far all morning he's been stuck in the bathroom. Since the only think they ate together that was the same was the t-bone and the pounded out, over salted way it was prepared makes me think the steak may have been old. I'm thinking it could be food poisoning both guys got from the t-bone. Which definitely is a shame since we were so excited to eat there and was our last meal in Texas. Wouldn't recommend, not only because the possible food poisoning but also because the way the steaks were horrible all around.

My wife and I tried out the cattle exchange Cafe. And oh wow!! What an awesome meal it was. I had the catfish nuggets with the flat steak fries and poppers and it was awesome. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture I ate it before I even remembered to take pictures. My wife had the chicken fried steak. I will let you know that that is the best chicken fried steak I've had in years and that's inclusive of Mary's infamous chicken fried steaks. These are top notch chicken fried steaks and they taste better than Mary's. It's not nearly as low easy and everything that I ate and she ate was handmade hand cut. Even the tartar sauce was homemade and the ranch dressing too. Oh by the way, there was this thing called chocolate mint sin. I'll let your mind just wander about that! It was everything you can imagine in a dessert and I am a chocolate lover! Christine, you guys are the best! Oh yeah, I even got the taste of her famous green beans, and OMG I will be eating that next time! :-)

Resteraunt was a horrible experience. Waited over 45 min and food never came out. Manager came to table asking what we ordered because they forgot to put the order in and would not admit to it. She tried to tell me something that was not truthful. I gave her a chance to come clean and she doubled down on her lie. Will never spend a single dollar more there.

Took 3 young bulls to the Tuesday auction. The cowboys there are always helpful and ready to react if necessary. Operations are well organized, but I was surprised & disappointed by the price we got for our largest & best looking young bull.
