Having lived across 107 from Gigi's since they opened, I regret not coming sooner. The food is SO GOOD! I had the chicken fried steak, my wife the smothered chicken breast, and our daughter had scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, and pancakes. My sides consisted of mashed potatoes, fresh green beans, corn, and 2 slices of freshly made buttered bread. My wife got similar sides with big 'ol onion rings. I devoured my plate. I normally don’t leave reviews but today I have to! We visited Gigi’s for the first time and everything about our experience exceeded our expectations! We were a party of 8 and everyone in our party were beyond impressed by the food and service. The food was absolutely delicious made from scratch which is truly hard to come by here in the RGV. Our first time...just so delicious!! The Tres Leches French Toast is amazing! I personally had the Monte Cristo which is the best Monte Cristo I have tried. Service is excellent. The decor is adorable ?
