The ice cream sandwich was thick & delicious 😋
Front desk girl was full of hostility and no customer service at all
They did an amazing job getting the food out for our big family of 9. Even got the kids blizzards out quick!
Walked in with a child of one of the workers climbing over the counter. Tried to get a few dipped cones to go. One employee cleaning stopped cleaning to make our food. The employee didn't wash hands or put on gloves. It was a heath issue waiting to happen. Will not be stopping by the DQ in Eden ever again. Mr Buffett has better standards.
The girl at the front counter needs some training on customer service! Very unfriendly and seemed exhausted! Get someone at the counter that at least can SMILE!
Employees needs more attention to customers!
Good DQ
I Ordered bacon cheeseburger got my burger without no cheese and bacon. Returned it and the lady just brought me half a cheese and one slice of bacon so I could add it to my burger my self, while this happens I saw the guy grabbing bacon without no gloves. Bad customer service!!!! This was our routine stop when we visit family, but we will definitely wait to dine till we arrive in San Angelo.
Messed up on our order. Asked for a cheeseburger and received no cheese. Their solution was to bring a cold slice of cheese and put it on our burger. A cheeseburger with cold cheese and not melted. It's not the same. Fuqkkk that! Made them reorder my cheeseburger melted hot.

The staff didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and she was super rude when I ordered. The bathroom was also really gross.
Parking: The parking lot isn’t great and there’s no lines. There’s also a ton of potholes.

Dirtiest DQ in Texas for sure.
Food was good , most of staff was friendly but sloooow . Took 20 minutes after we ate to get our blizards and we were the only ones inside at 6:30pm . I'm in a wheelchair and they had all the tables with chairs blocked off and they don't close till 10pm . Only booths open that don't accommodate a wheel chair . This is in Eden TX and is alot better than the one in Brady TX
