The Burrito Lady in Eden is a great taco stop with excellent food, including the delicious Tophand and brisket with gravy. The burritos are a perfect size, not too big or too small. The salsa is amazing, and the service is wonderful. The owner is sweet, and there is ample parking, even for RVs. A must-visit spot between Bandera and Abilene.
