“i came on a whim thru the drive thru and ordered the veggie noodle bowl with tofu....i LOVED it!..Everything was entirely so fresh, and the "stir-fried veggies" on my noodles was seasoned so well!..i was pleasantly surprised...i actually ate this order up completely, which is rare, since the amounts given in a "to go" container are quite large....i will be back for more!“

“I must say, tapioca roots is the best boba place I’ve ever been too, I might even say it’s the world’s best!, I have been satisfied every time I’ve been there! You must give it a try! My personal favorite is the plain milk tea it is simple but still delicious if you have never been there before I’d recommend that one first, next time I am going to try strawberry and I am sure you won’t let me down! You guys are amazing and I hope you have an amazing day!!“

“This place is good. Kept clean and friendly. However, the paying portion can be better. They do have a sign that says to put syrups in before you pay however after they have put stuff on your yogurt, they automatically put it on the scale and ring it up. They do not ask of you are putting any syrups in or not. They will not allow you to pay and then put syrup. So my suggestion for anyone that is reading who works there to either have the employees ask before they put it on the scale or don't put it on the scale until the costumer says to. Idk if anyone reads these anymore or takes advise from it. This isn't a bad reflection on the establishment or its workers. Just a mere idea to ensure proper payment.“

“I always order ahead or go through the drive thru it's quicker, and if you can manage to pick up your order via drive thru, I'd recommend that! Other than that, great food great service (slower inside) 🙄 but that's it's only downfall. I was 15 minutes late picking up my food and it was still hot, so that gets 5 stars in my book!
