OUTSTANDING BURGERS AND SERVICE. Best Burgers I've had in YEARS. Thought this was a company from somewhere else. Was hesitant as I'm not interested in these new age nasty tasting garbage.. I WAS SO WRONG. Great home made style burgers seasoned and cooked to perfection. Try it once and it'll be your new favorite place. I promise.

Picked up food from here for the first time after driving by a lot.Burgers were delicious.Chili dog was delicious.Fries were terrible! Whole bag soaked in grease, oily soggy fries inside.

Been here before and had good experiences, but it’s been a couple of times that the place falls short. I went in today hoping to give it another chance. Upon entering, I wasn’t greeted, there was a cashier and a cook both standing in the front laughing and talking to each other. I ordered the Crispy Bleu still listed and on their menu. The cashier said they didn’t have blue cheese. Tried to order a different burger and wanted onion rings (which again, is on the menu) and they had ran out. Just walked out and went to Wallbanger’s. This place is definitely not what it used to be. Won’t be going back.

So to start off everything there was no and has NEVER been a manager present when I eat here. Always just a cashier and cook. Usually one of each. I have eaten here multiple times and each time I come it seems to either be lacking more than the time before or they have no stock on things like Aioli sauce and sweet potato fries. After ordering with my family 4/5 of us couldn’t get drinks because they were ALL flat. Now they have had some drinks flat before but I was normally always able to find another drink I liked b4. This time ALL OF THEM were flat. So I asked them if they could fix the machine but the worker told me “if I get time I’ll look at it” now I would normally understand that if the place was busy or if they have phone orders. (Towards the end of the shift both workers called OUT LOUD that their phone wasn’t even plugged in. Not only is that very bad business but a possible HUGE LOSS in their profits. <-05/21/2024 5:35 PM) so they weren’t busy at all. The other ppl there already had food (1 table). The worker didn’t look at the drinks until my whole family and guest finished the meal. The burger was not bad I will say that. The fries were bad tho. Lukewarm and a crunchy texture is not what I look for in my fries at least. Service was also terrible. The girl at the counter was new which is understandable BUT for us being her only customers at the line and only 1 table eating she didn’t have pressure. She showed not a single ounce of passion/positivity in the workplace while taking the order. Normally it doesn’t bother me because I’m not there for service I’m there for a great meal and experience. Sadly didn’t get any of that. After my drink less meal I went to the counter to get a refund and the employees said “We don’t know how to give refunds” they had to call their manager who wasn’t in the building or near by. They did give us a refund in the end but the whole experience was extremely bad. This restaurant was EXTREMELY great before but now it’s just bad all around. I said I would give it one last shot last time I came and this was it. My birthday meal and it wasn’t worth at all. Stop by other burger joints if you want a better experience.

Staff was rude and not very helpful they kicked out a family like 15 min b4 closing when the were almost done eating instead of letting them just finish that's good customer service they just seemed annoyed if they don't like their job they need to find another one

Do not place a lunch order through them!!!They leave their online food service system on but won’t be open. They give false promises of reimbursement but then never do. They have no issue with taking money from working class people with no guilt that they didn’t make the food on time (or at all). Today’s economy is rough as it is and I’m writing this so no one else will have to experience what happened to me. It was a brutal way to finish my work week… it was a group order (4 person) so technically they screwed over 4 of us. Unfortunately, I was the person who decided to use their door dash service so I’m the one who had to pay the total cost without receiving anything.
