We got the tour of tacos and I also ordered the street corn just to try out. The Tour of tacos comes with 4 tacos and a side cup of cilantro rice.The carne asada was tender but the flavor was cheap, the meat tasted too much like it was cooked in a pan or a crockpot. The best taco from my order IMO was the bacon wrapped jalapeño one. The chicken taco, honestly, was unnecessary, the way the chicken is breaded and prepared just doesn’t go well as a taco at all. The fish taco was alright, but there’s too much going on in that taco that you couldn’t really taste the fish. Now let’s get to the cilantro lime rice because Jesus Christ there is no reason for this rice to even exist anywhere around the menu. The taste of the cilantro lime rice is too bland and it doesn’t compliment the tacos at all, I really tried B.A.T (build a taco) but I couldn’t eat that side or enjoy it with my food. The street corn was just as disappointing the ingredients, taste, quality and overall presentation was just too poor.This place has a lot of potential so I’m not going to just leave It on a bad note.My advice Take the god awful side of cilantro lime rice off and add a small side of “papa asada” in to the same cup or don’t add a side at all because the servings are actually pretty generous. Cook your meat on a char grill or a bbq pit! Get that smokey charred taste, don’t let your customers taste tender meat with poor flavor. Take the breaded chicken taco off or replace it with a char grilled boneless/skinless chicken thigh. Take a new approach on the fish taco, reorganize it and make it stand out more (flavor wise).Work on your street corn, and WORK ON IT BADD! There is no reason to be selling street corn if it tastes that bad.I hope you guys read this review and take all of this as constructive criticism.

Came to check this food truck out after having already tried their Burger place. I was able to call ahead and pick up my order. I had the fish tacos with the vampire sauce and it was very flavorful. The serving size was very generous. I also had the cilantro lime rice and it was delicious! Will definitely be going back.
