CastleHill Bistro offers excellent food and service. The appetizer sampler with nachos, calamari, and wings was a hit. The Proper Fish and Chips were perfectly fried, and the fish tacos were tasty. Mussels and scallops were exquisite choices. The truffle fries were also very good. A great find in the valley worth returning to.
