This restaurant was great! Awesome find in the valley. We would definitely go back there. The scallops were excellent, fish and chips were delicious and the calamari was amazing. Truffle fries were also very good! Wish they had more vegetarian options. Compliments to the chef!

Food was great. Ordered great Valentine's Day drinks, which were spot on. Issue was upon finishing. Being charged a large party( it was only me and wife) fee plus taxes when the prepaid chefs experience was suppose to cover everything except additional purchases ie bar tab. Server tried to explain it was because of the event that's why it was on there. I was fine with $24 for the drinks but to tack on an additional $90 in surcharges and fees was a bit shady. After about 15 mins they removed the additional charges.

We were a party of 8. All the plates were amazing. The staff was super attentive and understanding. 2 family members are vegan and they accommodated to them without them asking to. Great experience, delicious food.Dietary restrictions: My sister is vegan and they adjusted for her which is great and she loved the pasta.

It was our first time eating here and it did not disappoint! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to us. Food was delicious! Especially the seafood macaroni and marinated brisket. The ice cream is a MUST! They make it homeade in house fresh to serve we definitely recommend the strawberry if you go! Environment was great with the music and decorations and for birthdays they go all out. There was a birthday next to us and they played 50 cent haha

Sat outside since the weather was great. Started off with one of their signature cocktails. It was wonderful! Tried the tasting menu. What a deal. Each course was delicious. I love the ceviche. Both pork offerings were good. I was stuffed by that point but kept on going. They even gave us a doggie bag. The Pre dessert was a cherry sorbet. WONDERFUL! But the chocolate soufflé was the star of the show. Best I have ever eaten. My friends also ordered a pizza. Great crust. We liked it. I will definitely be returning. This was my second visit. Great to see an outstanding restaurant in our area.

Went to try a new restaurant. We had the salad with shrimp. Very good. My friends had the fish and chips. He said it was wonderful. I will come back with a bigger appetite next time. Thanks for the special birthday cake for my sister. It was fun. Downside is that there was a group of about twenty with small children. Crying kids at a restaurant doesn't work for me. Not there restaurant's fault. I am happy to see a place that has higher quality of food and selection. Great for the Valley.

This place left me disappointed. Went to dinner with a party of four and the total check was @250. This included appetizers, cocktails, and dessert. The food was fine, no complaints, but also nothing really special.My main issue is the atmosphere. The music was playing so loud that it made it hard to hear the server when she was taking our order. It also made it difficult to hear conversation at our table. Another issue was that the lights were completely off in our section of the restaurant. The only light came from a dim, colored led lamp in the middle of the table and a colored strobe light and black lights that would be more appropriate for a night club than a high-end restaurant. The dim lights made it hard to see our food.My other issue is with the restaurant nicke- and - diming its guests. We asked for a round of water while we looked over the drink menu. The server brought out 4 bottle of Fiji water for which we were charged $4.50 each. No other option was given. This was an obvious ploy to inflate our final bill. In addition, there is a 3.9% fee added to all checks paid by debit/credit cards. For a restaurant to add on this fee to a check totaling over $250 seems excessive. Credit card fees should be included in the cost of the food, as the price of doing business. Additionally, the air conditioner was completely off the entire time we were there, making the dining room really stuffy, and the staff were singing along to the loud music, karaoke-style. The chef seems to think highly of himself, as his episode of a Netflix show he appeared in was playing continuously on a loop. This place was ridiculous. We won’t be back again.

I had such a pleasant time at castlehill bistro. They had amazing service, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere felt so inviting. Their food was very delicious and filling. i had the Glazed salmon puttanesca and it was very good and ended the night with the pumpkin spice whipped cheese cake which was just as good. They also had amazing cocktails which was a plus, definitely recommend stopping by and visiting.
