Everything delicious but cilantro was barely chopped because my plate had huge cilantro pieces everywhere that were still whole with stem and all. Also, tomatoes where big chunks and not finely diced. Cucumbers were not peeled and had skin. Padre Island location does such a great job with this where they finely dice everything as well as peel cucumbers.

Ok, I love ceviche. Period.This place was unassuming, but the ceviche I got was The price was good too. Seriously my new lunch place.You can either make ur own ceviche or choose from their menu, like subway. I got the Classic. Also, the staff was great! Helpful and super nice.I would come here again!

My daughter and I love this place. We stopped by today to order our food to go. It's was 6:30pm when we went by and noticed they were already packing up. My daughter approached the door and asked if they were still open and the young man said yes. As I walk in the young lady at the counter asked if I was picking up a call in order and I said no but I'd like to order something to go. She continued to ask how many orders and I replied that it would be 2 orders. What she did next made me lose my appetite. She rolled her eyes and sighed loud enough that I heard it from the door. I replied, it's ok don't worry about it, I'll take my business elsewhere since we were such a bother. Luckily, the new Ceviche establishment down the road got my service. If you all were closed you should have turned your light off. I've gone many times before and I've never been treated as such. Only gave a one star cause I had to put something for it to post.

high turnover = poor service, prices keeps going up which I understand but portions gets considerably smaller as they continue to be very inconsistent with portions even smaller, bad food preparation, bad food cutting it's just get chewed up due bad technique and poor knife sharpening, chaotic as they keep messing up orders, I loved the place for a long while and tried to be patience but the last few months it just get worse and worse, sadly I doubt it will get back to its original self.
I live this place and eat here often! The fish is fresh and the portions are awesome! Two People can easily eat off of one plate! I will keep ordering from this place because it's delicious and consistent Yayyyy

Absolutely the best of the best! It's sooo delicious and the serving size is great! The tuna poke is a perfect topper. The only complaint is that if you get it to go, the juice spills EVERYWHERE! I would probably suggest they get better to-go containers. Otherwise, stop here and you won't regret it.

I'm going to give this restaurant 3 stars. To start off, the food is excellent. The portions are generous and I haven't had a bad experience as far as quality. Although with the lack of foot traffic one might question how fresh the fish is if it's sitting out all day. Unfortunately, the restaurant needs a revamp. The aesthetic is displeasing to the eye, with poorly selected wall art purchased from Ross and ugly ribbons hanging on the walls. The ingredient area looks messy and unclean, and there rust and mold looking stuff growing on the sink area directly facing the customers. Their hanging menu looks disorganized and unprofessional. The employees were respectful but didn't have a lot of welcoming personality and their attire was not appropriate. There's no music playing in the restaurant so it adds to the bleak atmosphere. I'd also suggest buying a salad chopper or vegetable chopper to speed things up. It took almost 30 minutes to get our to go order completed. I wish this business well but they need some major improvements.
