We drove by this place a few years back…. WiFi says: perhaps 🤔 we should come by and give it a try! We finally did. Place did not disappoint. WiFi, Daniel, Aquiles and I loved the place.
We stopped by Gordon’s Taste of Chicago and had a great experience! The fried pickle spears were a standout—crispy, flavorful, and clearly homemade. The mac n cheese bites were tasty too, though they didn’t seem homemade, but still hit the spot. We ordered a cheese deep dish pizza, and while it wasn’t quite as thick as a traditional Chicago deep dish, the flavor was definitely on point. Great place but had some kids that had no parents around and they were way too loud. There were a lot of kids but this table was ridiculous. Couldn't really enjoy talking and eating our food. Someone should have told them something. Waitress was great. Had the Chicken Parmisan and it was really good. Mom had the Chicken Alfredo and said it was delicious. Only other thing is the beer wasn't cold enough.
