This was my first time ever at Dutch Bros, and the line buster was super nice and friendly, and the guy at the window was also really great. The drink I received wasn't the one I ordered, and I only realized after I had left, but I still liked it! Despite the mix-up, the overall experience was positive thanks to the kind and welcoming staff.

The drinks are 10 out of 10 but by not giving a receipt they have charged me extra several times. I recommend that you ask for your receipt at the window to avoid bad drinks!!

Customer service here has been bad lately! Employees need to pay attention to who’s next and I don’t understand the zig zag when there’s two or more employees outside taking orders just go to the next person. The lady handing out our drinks today was rude as well.
