This was my first time ever at Dutch Bros, and the line buster was super nice and friendly, and the guy at the window was also really great. The drink I received wasn't the one I ordered, and I only realized after I had left, but I still liked it! Despite the mix-up, the overall experience was positive thanks to the kind and welcoming staff.

Sam ALWAYS gives me great service and keeps the line moving. She is always asking how my day is going and becomes like my best friend in one day.
